Ours was not the most straightforward transaction with a new septic going in, repairs to be made and a full radon system on top of a relatively quick close. Besides Sue brokering the above (paid for by seller) she told us what was coming down the pike when and what we needed to do. She knew ALL the players involved, from the town representatives to the septic installer to the locksmith who changed our locks and was able to hold our hand through the entire process. As first time homebuyers my wife and I pestered Sue more than most I’m sure.
